About Me

I hold an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Management with a major in Psychology. I have many years of experience in Human Resources, Individual and Organizational Change, Development, and Cross-Cultural Communication.

I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and in the board of the ICF-Connecticut chapter. Currently I am the Vice-President of the BNI Greenwich chapter. I am a Integrated Energy Therapy Master-Instructor and a Reiki Practicioner.

As my coaching model, I use the Co-Active Coaching™ operating on a principle of active and collaborative participation from both the coach and the client. Trained by one of the most prestigious coaching schools in the world, the Coaches Training Institute.

I am learning something new every day and finding fulfillment and joy in my work. My training has led me to believe that effective coaching means taking a holistic point of view; Co-Active Coaching addresses the client's whole life.

Throughout the years, I have spent much of my free time engaging in personal growth activities to increase my personal and spiritual awareness. I am an avid reader, having studied many books on spirituality, awareness, and personal growth. I enjoy beauty and harmony in my home, which I share with friends and clients.

My passion is coaching—seeing people grow and find balance, happiness, and purpose in their lives. You will emerge from your time with me with a new sense of empowerment, always looking forward to the promise that the future will bring, thinking positively, and working to be your best.

In South America, I worked for corporations like Johnson & Johnson and the Centralarm Group, among others, where I learned a great deal about being international in an international world.

In North America, I worked for several organizations, including the United Nations. I learned how the differences in people's culture have a tremendous impact on their behavior; why aggression was normal to one culture while submission was normal in another. Respect and tolerance were paramount.

When I decided to go solo, my life changed. Surrounded by people I love, I am finding fulfillment and happiness, helping developed souls to grow even further and achieve peace.

We live in Greenwich, CT with my husband Bill, and Sir Jake, a yellow lovely Labrador, and Belle a mix Lab and Golden who take me for walks every day and have taught me what unconditional love is like. I am very grateful for the life I live and for the family and friends I have.

I hope that you would like to discuss working together; I very much look forward to hearing from you.
