Career Advancement
Competitive Advantage
Global competition and changing workforce demographics are some of the major factors affecting the choices and experiences of working people in the US and around the globe. In this environment, it is very difficult for people to clearly assess their career options, which creates anxiety and uncertainty.
I will help you reduce the pressure and learn to identify your competitive advantage.
Job Interview Preparation
- Resume Reviewing
- Behavioral Interview Skills
- Competency-Based Interview Skills
A completely new approach to interviewing, Behavioral Interviewing emerged in the marketplace about 15 years ago, but only recently did most companies begin to use it. Training recruiters to change their way of doing business was hard to accomplish. I have been trained using behavior-based methods to fine-screen applicants. Nowadays it is a very common technique, and you must practice to be successful at it. I can help.
The hypothesis behind Behavioral Interviewing is that the most accurate predictor of future performance is past performance, so 55% of a behavioral interview revolves around past performance, compared with 10% in traditional interviewing. The outcome for the employer is finding your potential for success.
The procedure of behavioral interviewing is more inquisitive and works very differently than traditional interviewing. It is almost impossible to give responses that are untrue to your nature. The recruiter will probe deeper and will request specifics. You need to be sharp before you start your new job search.
I will help you with clarifications of values and competencies. Give me a call.

It is statistically proven that satisfaction has a negative correlation with leaving the job partially or entirely. This means that the more satisfied you are with your daily activities, the more you'll enjoy your job—and your life.
Living a healthy, harmonious, and balanced life is a goal for all of us. Because of rapid changes in technology, huge amounts of information, an increasingly international marketplace, and tremendous social and economic changes, more people will be experiencing career transitions than ever before. Therefore, my goal as your coach is making your transitions as smooth as possible.
Most people must work, and many work more than the traditional 40 hours per week. Given the amount of time spent at work, most people would agree that it's advantageous to find strategies to maintain a job that's satisfying and rewarding.
